Every year, The Annual HR Communications Award Foundation (SJP) awards the best creative efforts in the field of labor market communications. The winners bring home a Magnet. Each year, SJP commissions a different company to conceptualize and develop their awards campaign. Granted this honor in 2007, we decided to look beyond a traditional print campaign and came up with Job, Hollands’s latest unemployed citizen. This year, organizations didn’t have to send in their creative work – Job would collect it for them. It would keep him off the streets. The viral, ads and posters resulted in a record number of applications.
